Shipping and Handling

In-stock orders will ship within 24 hours from when the order was placed or the next business day.

Shipments are sent through the USPS or UPS world wide, rates will vary. You will be provided with a tracking number when it becomes available to us.

Duty, Tax and Brokerage fees

The customer is responsible for paying any duty, tax or brokerage fees. Zapify theme operates out of New York. If you place an order from NY you will be responsible for paying sales tax. This charge will automatically be added to your checkout price, labeled as "taxes".

Guarantees and returns

Zapify theme offers a 100% money back guarantee up to one week after you receive your package. If you would like to return a product after that 7 day period then you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping and/or credit card processing fees are not refunded.
